The Inter-Ministry Task Force (IATF-EID) on Coronavirus Infections has been revised in accordance with resolutions 142, 143, and 144 of 2021 for travelers from Japan when they arrive in the Philippines from November 3rd year of Reiwa. And will be subject to quarantine measures .

1. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and accompanying spouses / children / parents, Filipino nationals who are not overseas Filipino workers and have been vaccinated in the Philippines or abroad, foreign nationals vaccinated in the Philippines 　(Holds a digital certificate of the "Philippines Vaccine Certificate (VaxCertPH)" issued by the Ministry of Health of the Philippines and an "International Certificate of Vaccines or Preventive Drugs" (ICVP) issued by the Quarantine Authority (BOQ) or the World Health Organization (WHO). Those who have a foreign government vaccine digital certificate approved by VaxCertPH under mutual agreement, unless approved by the IATF) ***

   • Filipino nationals with vaccination certificate: Vaccination certificate regardless of whether the vaccination certificate is a digital certificate, whether it can be verified online, whether there is mutual agreement, or whether it is certified.    • However, those with this certificate are still subject to quarantine measures applied to Filipino citizens under the current risk classification identified by the IATF . In the case of Japan , which falls under the category of "yellow" country , the following measures apply.
   
   Day 1: Arrival in Philippines / Isolation facility Check-in
   Day 5: RT-PCR test (nasopharyngeal test)
   Day 6: Test result notification (It may take more than one day to notify)
   Day 7-10: Test result After a negative result is found in, isolate for the rest of the period at home or accommodation (required)

2. Foreign nationals vaccinated abroad 　( those with an "International Certificate of Vaccination or Preventive Drug" (ICVP) issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), or mutual agreement unless approved by the IATF Those who have a digital certificate of vaccine certification of a foreign government approved by VaxCertPH) *** • The Quarantine Authority (BOQ) has issued a “Vaccine or Preventive Drug” issued by a member country that has signed the International Health Regulations. We recognize the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICVP) and the WHO-approved Carte Jaune called the Yellow Card. • However, those with this certificate are still subject to quarantine under the current risk classification identified by the IATF . In the case of Japan , which falls under the category of "yellow" country , the above measures apply.
3. Travelers who have not completed vaccination 　( those who are not individually confirmed or certified by the Philippine authorities that the vaccination status is valid and authentic)
   Day 1: Arrival in the Philippines / Separation Facility Check-in
   Day 7: RT-PCR test (Nasopharyngeal examination)
   Day 8: Notification of test result (It may take more than one day to notify)
   Day 9-14: After the test result is negative, the rest of the period is isolated at home or accommodation. Do (required)

*** The following people are considered to have completed COVID-19 vaccination.

1. If two vaccinations are completed, those who have passed more than two weeks since the second vaccination
2. If it is completed by one inoculation, those who have passed more than 2 weeks since the inoculation
3. Those who have received
   one of the following vaccines
   • Vaccines on the Emergency Use List of Humanitarian Special Permission (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration • Vaccines on the Emergency Use List of the World Health Organization (WHO)
