  8. As soon as you receive the application fee, we will process the visa issuance and send you the passport with the visa attached in the reply letter pack.

  • If the documents are incomplete, we will return the documents to the applicant.
  • Applications by international mail (Takkyubin) will not be accepted.
  • Please enter your address in Japan on the reply letter pack. We do not accept applications from abroad.
  • For applications by mail, visas will also be issued by mail.
  • Please enter the e-mail address and phone number that you can contact with certainty, as we may contact you due to incomplete documents.
  • Visa issuance usually takes 7 business days, or 5 business days if you are in a hurry (additional charges apply). Please see the application fee for the visa application fee.
