The NSO Delivery Service allows you to enjoy door-to-door delivery of your NSO documents such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates and Certificates of No Marriage (Cenomar). The National Statistics Office (NSO) is the major statistical agency responsible for collecting, compiling, classifying, producing, publishing and disseminating general purpose statistics as provided for in Commonwealth Act No. 591. The NSO also has responsibility for carrying out and administering the provisions of the Civil Registry Law as provided for in Republic Act No. 3753.
