NOTICE OF HEARING

Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 10167 dated 28 October 2016, the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) Tokyo will conduct a hearing on the attached list of applicants for Overseas Voting (OV) on Monday, 22 October 2018, from 1700H at the Conference Room 1-B, Philippine Embassy, 5-15-5 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The RERB Tokyo invites the public to the hearing.

The RERB also informs the public that the last day to file any opposition to the OV applications will be on 19 October 2018.

NOTICE OF RESUMPTION 
OF OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION 
AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY TOKYO

The Embassy is pleased to announce the resumption of OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION for the 2019 National Elections. 

Overseas Voting Registration is open from Mondays-Fridays (except Holidays) from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Please bring your Philippine passport and a photocopy of its datapage.

The last day for Overseas Voting Registration is on 30 September 2018.
